Prayer

Sing Praises

In the quiet of solitude, I sing praises to all living things.

Birdsongs in the air, a creative mind, a tender heart, the gift of friendship, the miracle of my body. Each day is a gift to behold, filled with possibility and promise of glorious moments mundane and divine. . . opportunities to express, to witness, to learn and grow, to give and receive. . . to revel.

In the quiet of solitude, I sing praises to all living things.

In the face challenges, upsets and storms, as I encounter that which is hurtful, threatening, or riddled with pain, I lean into love’s wisdom, protection and benevolent guidance. Each day is an invitation to gain deeper understanding, to grow in compassion, to develop humility, character, fortitude. . . to shape our future.

In the quiet of solitude, I sing praises to all living things. . .
To the moments of this life, yearning to shape who I am, and who I am becoming.

Amen and Hallelujah.
